La plus longue spéciale du rallye, à disputer à deux reprises lors de cette troisième journée de course, ne modifie pas la donne. Mikko Hirvoenn gère bien son avance et remporte la victoire, reprenant la tête du championnat du monde Pilotes. Avec Jari-Matti Latvala, il offre à Ford un beau doublé.
